Internationalisation is here to stay – let TWINKLE help you with that!

What can companies learn from Twinkle? That if you dream big, you can achieve big. Motivated people with a shared vision can achieve amazing results.

Twinkle has been organised by passionate volunteers. It’s a two-day event attracting 2000 people set up to make sure that businesses in the area are aware of all the international talent and different services available to them. It aims to create an environment conducive to innovation, learning and co-creation – to help businesses better tackle whatever’s ahead of them.

Here at AGCO Power we have a strong Finnish heritage and yet we are part of a global company operating in every corner of the world. Combining local and global may be a continuous task, but in the modern era it’s a vital one. We strive to create an environment in which our Finnish and international talent flourishes together to ensure that our business has the ability to encounter whatever’s ahead successfully.

The corners of the world are getting closer together as people move around more. In fact, people no longer need to physically travel anywhere to be present globally thanks to the internet. We can like it or not but the reality suggests that we can no longer exist in isolation. And why should we? I encourage everyone to embrace the change and to make the most of it.

If you don’t yet know how to make the most of internationalisation, come to Twinkle to find your answer. Be inspired by the speakers, make valuable connections and, most importantly, have fun!

I look forward to seeing you in Tampere this December!
