Welcome to Twinkle World!

Have you ever taken a minute to think about the immensity of this world we live in? Imagine how many unknown opportunities lie out there for you or for your company; how many unexplored markets, hidden bright ideas, potential partners… If you are willing to discover them, TWINKLE World is your place!

TWINKLE World is a space for co-creation and knowledge transfer between all the different parts of the world. Embassies from different continents will share information about the business culture and trade and investment prospects in their countries, as well as the services provided by the embassies themselves. The goal is to help companies enter new markets by strengthening their networks and knowledge base. For the embassies, TWINKLE World is not only an opportunity to strengthen trade relations but to create closer ties with the companies and organisations in the region. After all, one’s true power relies on the reach and quality of their network!

Picture the huge amount of different cultures, different languages, diverse life experiences and the immense amount of opportunities. All in the same room! The countries that will be represented in TWINKLE World include Austria, Belgium, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, India, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Morocco, Namibia, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Ukraine, Uruguay and Venezuela, and others that might still join the event.

The countries will be presented under four continental themes (Africa, America, Asia and Europe) inside a lounge-type exhibition. Instead of traditional exhibition booths, there will be informal lounge areas with a distinctive setting and ambience for each continent, encouraging active networking and information retrieval.

TWINKLE World will take place in Tampere Hall’s Sorsapuistosali venue (Park Hall), and will be open on both days of the event from 13:00 until 18:30.  Feel free to drop by several times a day! However, we especially recommend you to enjoy your afternoon coffee with us, as there will be compact country presentations by embassy representatives on the TWINKLE World main stage.

Don’t hesitate to take part in our interactive activities! Win tickets to Särkänniemi and Vapriikki, or a dinner for two in Gastropub Tuulensuu by participating in the photo contest in the Tampere area of TWINKLE World. Or refurnish your apartment with very stylish and barely used furniture at the best price in our end-of-event auction! In the spirit of sustainable development, the pieces of furniture that were purchased for the event, will be auctioned off at the end of the second day.

We invite you on an amazing journey around the globe! Welcome to the TWINKLE World adventure, where boundaries disappear to lead to successful networking!

Update from 5.12.: List of the countries represented in TWINKLE World was extended and picture was updated.
